push ups (incline decline and normal) dips with chair

2shoulders to get that V body shape
scapular push up lateral raises (you can do it with bottles of milk or with a bag with books)

3triceps
chair dips diamond push ups

4 back
barbel row but with a bag with books (its a little bit unorthodox, its not a thing) pull ups if you can or you can do inverted rows


lower body
5 legs
squats, bulgarian split squats wall squats regular squats

Please don't follow this and expect his achievements or the ones you see on social media. You can workout from home, it's just gonna quite a bit slower. If you have no other option than at home, atleast get dumbells.
