As we continue to study the day of atonement we run into a sacrifice that is a little different. This sacrifice includes two goats. One goat is made the sacrifice and the other goat is sent away into the wilderness. What is that about? Come along in today's bible study through Leviticus 16:15-22 as we look at the two goats of the day of atonement.

The Whole Truth is dedicated to taking you through the entire Bible, from Genesis all the way through Revelation without skipping anything.

This series is through Leviticus, the third book of the Bible. Leviticus can seem confusing and even boring. But, once it is understood, it sheds light and gives insight throughout the entire Bible.

Barabbas (son of the father) and Jesus represent the two goats according to Rabbi Jonathan Kahn. The scape goat set free and the goat slain for our sin.

Great study!!

LEVITICUS 16:7-10, 15-16, 20-22, " 7.And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

8And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.

9And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD'S lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering.

10But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.

15.Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:

16And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.

20.And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat:

21And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:

22And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.

THE GOAT FOR THE LORD REPRESENTS JESUS CHRIST DYING FOR THE SIN THAT ADAM PUT ON ALL MEN . WE ALL COME FROM THE SEED OF ADAM ; SO WHEN ADAM BROKE THE COMMANDMENT THAT BRINGS ON DEATH, HIS SEED WAS CONDEMNED TO THAT SAME DEATH ; WHICH IS THE DEATH OF THE GRAVE : THAT IS WHY A NEW BORN BABY CAN DIE, NEVER DURING ANYTHING GOOD OR EVIL .

THE LIFE OF THE FLESH IS THE BLOOD, SO BLOOD HAD TO BE SHED BY SOMEONE STILL PERFECT BEFORE THE LORD ( FATHER ), TO RECOVER THE ONE CONDEMNED TO THE GRAVE .

THAT IS WHY THE FATHER HAD TO PREPARE A BODY FOR JESUS, BECAUSE IF HE CAME DIRECTLY FROM THE SEED OF ADAM, HE WOULD ALREADY BE UNDER THAT SAME CONDEMNATION OF DEATH .

BY LIVING A LIFE WITHOUT TRANSGRESSING THE LAW WHICH BRINGS ON DEATH, HE WAS NOT WORTHY TO DIE ; WHICH HE DIED NOT FOR HIS SIN, BUT PAID THE PENALTY FOR THE SINS OF ADAM AND ALL OF HIS SEED .

NOW ADAM AND ALL OF HIS SEED WILL BE RESURRECTED FROM THE GRAVE ; WHICH IS THE FIRST DEATH ; BUT CAN WE LIVE WITH THE FATHER, IF WE DIED IN OUR SINS ?

THE SCAPEGOAT REPRESENTS JESUS CHRIST RESURRECTION, AND APPEARING BEFORE THE FATHER IN THE THIRD HEAVEN AS THE MEDIATOR/ INTERCESSOR, FOR THE ONES WHO REPENT OF THIER SINS WITH A SORROWFUL HEART ( MIND ) LIKE KING DAVID, THEN BELIEVE BY OBEDIENCE ; WHICH IS KEEPING THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE MEDIATOR JESUS CHRIST ; WHICH HE RECEIVED FROM THE FATHER ; THIS IS YOUR FAITH ; WHICH RECOVERS YOU FROM THE SECOND DEATH, THE LAKE OF FIRE .

ADAM CONDEMNED ALL OF HIS SEED TO THE FIRST DEATH, THE GRAVE ; BUT THE THINGS THAT WE DO OURSELVES AGAINST THE LORD COMMANDMENTS, ARE THE THINGS THAT PUT US IN DANGER OF THE SECOND DEATH, THE LAKE OF FIRE .

1 JOHN 1:5-7, " 5.This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

6If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

JESUS DID NOT COME TO DO AWAY WITH THE LAWS OF THE FATHER, BUT TO RECOVER US BACK TO THE POINT BEFORE WE BROKE HIS LAWS ; SO THAT WE MAY OBEY THEM .

THE SCAPEGOAT IS NOT SATAN, BUT JESUS CHRIST .

LEVITICUS 23:10-11, " 10.Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

11And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

HEBREWS 10:12-14, 12.But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

13From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

14For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

JESUS IS THE FIRSTFRUITS FROM THE DEAD, OR THE LIVE SCAPEGOAT ; WHICH MUST PRESENT HIMSELF BEFORE THE LORD ( FATHER ), TO BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PEOPLE ( BECAME OUR HIGH PRIEST OF ATONEMENT ) : ON THE MORROW AFTER THE SABBATH .

JOHN 20:17, 17.Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

PSALM 110:1, 1.(A Psalm of David.) The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

I SEE TWO LORD'S HERE, THE FATHER AND THE SON .

Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. In the daily morning and evening sacrifice the hand is laid on the head of the lamb before slaying but in the Day of Atonement the laying of hand is done after on the second goat to carry the sins away never to return. The sanctuary is filled with blood stains for the forgiveness of sins. But once a year the Lord's goat washes, cleanses and restores the most sanctuary and its most holy place by the symbol of removing and casting it upon the head, to transfer upon Azazel the scapegoat that is sent into a desolate place. This is a typology of what will happen during and after 1000 years. Azazel the root of all evil will be put in the bottomless pit and cast into a lake of fire. Sin shall be forever removed.

Idk if it was just me but in the last video you stopped at verse 10 instead of verse 14. I was assuming you made a video for Leviticus 16:11-14 but I guess not.

1 John 2
Repent of transgressing His Laws and have the in your hearts.

The difference between those who love Him and those Who don’t is a contrite and circumcised heart of conviction.

MESSIAH died for the entire world but that doesn’t make the entire world saved.

Even the demons believe and tremble

Even satan n the demons obey YaH.

So what is the difference?

We are convicted n we repent, we make amends and we cause restoration.
We make the decision to be perfect n spotless n blameless and living sacrifices unto Him not trodding under foot His blood.
He never changed His plan nor His marriage covenant to His bride.
