Malai Boti is tender, juicy and melt-in-the-mouth chunks of boneless chicken marinated in a mildly flavoured cream sauce made with fresh herbs. The chicken is so succulent and perfect to enjoy with a green chutney as an appetizer or put into parathas or wraps for a full meal. You can grill, bake or pan-fry this dynamic dish but i air fried it using my 8 in 1 multipurpose biolomix Air fryer.

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 400 grams (cubes)
Green Chillies - 4-5 pcs
Fresh coriander - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/4 to 1/2 cup as per your choice
Salt - as to taste
White pepper - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Freshly grounded cumin - 1/2 tsp
Freshly grounded coriander - 1/2 tsp
Oil - optional

Method:
Grind green chillies and coriander in yogurt, add all dry spices mix and apply to the chicken cubes, then add cream and marinate for 4-6 hrs.
Smoke the chicken using burning coal and than air fry, fry, grill or bake. Here i air fried it at 200 degree for 15 mins on each side. Once air fried serve with Raita, Salad, and Naan/paratha and Enjoy !
