I added rice to my burgers once a day about 70 grams of carbs, and lunch ribeye, dinner t-bone thats how my day looks like $25 a day. A was strict carnivore now i am still carnivore but with rice once a day, I don’t see any difference by adding rice, i drink coffee in the morning and water all day. Feel awesome, i am not adding anything else

Lots of GMO food. I know everyone can't afford grass feed grass finished, but Sam's carries Vital Farm eggs at the minimum. I would check the prepackaged foods for inflammatory seed oils.
