Working at Milton Hershey School is much more than a job. Each employee helps shape the lives of more than 2,000 students in grades pre-K through 12. As a year-round school and home for low-income students, MHS employs a variety of full- and part-time staff from teachers and houseparents to health care professionals and maintenance workers.
