Here how I do mine
Select a new layer bc if you do it on the first and u try to erase it you have to restart so click new layer
Set to multiply (you can’t use white color bc it won’t show) if you have white eyes do a grey and or black color (u can also mess with the adjusts)
Select a brush that is not see through
Add new layer and click add and get a white color and put 3 big dots inside the eye in the same place for each eye then click on blur and blur it
