Background Girl | Chapter 1 1/2

"The Limo will be here in a few minutes, come one!" my mother yelled from the kitchen. I ran into my older sister Krissy's bedroom and opened the door to her walk in closet.
"What are you doing in my closet?" Krissy asked as she tried on different pairs of high heels to match with her dress.
"Can i borrow some shoes?" I asked with a smile.
"Fine." she sighed as she handed me a pair of black Jimmy Choo high heels. "Don't mess them up! Also put on some lipstick or lipgloss on please. A type of pink would look great in photos!" Krissy exclaimed as i put on the heels.
"Thanks." I said as i hugged Krissy. "Oh, and happy birthday." I added.

Today's my sister, Krissy's birthday. The event is going to be huge and tomorrow it will be on the front of every magazine and website. Paparazzi have been preparing for this event for weeks. Many famous celebrities all under one roof, it's a paparazzi's dream!

I finished straightening my wavy hair and applying a pretty pink lip gloss to look cute with my dress.
"How do i look?" Krissy asked as she practiced posing for pictures in the mirror.
"You look great, sweetie. Now, get in the limo. We have to be there exactly on time. We can't leave paparazzi waiting on an even this huge." My mother smiled as she motioned us to the door.

I entered the limo quickly and closed the door. The limo driver didn't speak to us, he waited for all the doors to be closed and slowly pulled out the driveway.
