A multimedia water show to close the Geneva 2024 Mapping Festival
Discover a magical moment that took place during the 20th edition of the Mapping Festival 2024 in Geneva: a multimedia water show produced in partnership with Aquatique Show.
To celebrate the festival's 20th anniversary, the lake of Geneva was transformed into a true water stage, hosting a variety of water effects combined with video projections, drones, light shows, and special effects, in a staging designed by François Moncarey and Frédéric Favre.
Thanks to the water screens, the projected images seemed to float in the air, creating an impressive visual illusion for the audience. This show is the perfect fusion of art and technology, all set in a natural environment.
Perfectly synchronized with the live music played by the Geneva Chamber Orchestra conducted by Raphaël Merlin, the show added an immersive dimension. The event took the form of a lake opera entitled Elements, combining classical and electro music, composed by PAVILLON (Jérémy Calame and Fabio Poujouly).
In all these images, water becomes a real vector of emotions, allowing spectators to wonder!
