Mom use to believe with washing our face with natural soap and water 3 times a day. Plus lots of milk and water to drink. Choc. Oranges and eggs were not allowed. We did have popcorn and it freshn hot and so good..we use to use 1006 its for ache and you will surprised how dirt was removed after the face wash..
Lay off the makeup just a bit of sunscreen and lip gloss. None of us had it
