Tar Heels quarterback Drake Maye continued his stellar play, completing 26 of 36 passes for 363 yards and 3 touchdowns passes, and he rushed for 73 yards and 2 touchdowns as well in the win. Wide receiver Josh Downs was Maye’s top target catching 10 balls for 120 yards, and Bryson Nesbit and Antoine Green added 4 catches and a touchdown each. The Tar Heels defense held the Hokies to just 273 total yards of offense on the day. For the Seminoles, quarterback Jordan Travis threw for 281 yards and 3 touchdowns, two of them to Mycah Pittman and another to Johnny Wilson.
