Aizen takes speed and durability, even tho both got ragdolled, the one that aizen fought was more serious and stronger

Controversial, but in any case, Aizen will win mostly because of his immortality, although I somewhat doubt that Ichigo also has immortality for several reasons.

Physical stats without a doubt goes to Ichigo but iq, abilities hax and everything like that goes easily to Aizen and it's the extreme diff that can go both ways

ichigo fought yhwach with only his shinigami powers (after yhwach took hollow and quincy powers of ichigo) and ichigo was injured badly and still didnt got one shotted from yhwach (aizen literally got one shotted from yhwach and aizen didnt do any damage to yhwach only did hypnosis) and ichigo did better than aizen which was not injured and was max power which is insane feat for ichigo (i would say ichigo wins mid diff but the immortality stuff aizen has would make it harder so high-extreme diff if its death duel but if its normal duel than ichigo mid diffs and the thing is he can probably go to mugetsu (final getsuga tensho) mode in true bankai and if he can do this ichigo negative diffs aizen in every way possible
