It looks nice blow-dried but, many of us don't have time for that. What about when it's natural? They should have shown how her hair was before washing it so we can see how thick and curly hers actually is.
Also, some of us may want to bring out our natural curls with layers (not too many but, certainly more than what they did). But, here he is acting like curly hair is a bad thing and we should apply heat to make it better. Heat should not always be the answer, it's about the right haircut and taking proper care. That way, you can bring out YOUR best hair :)

I have a very frizzy long hair and I don`t cut it, I use argan oil to moisturize and smooth the frizz down, I use one by pro naturals and it really works!

The initial products u applied to your client were supposed to prevent your having to apply 2 more products post-blow drying. Too much product applied to wet hair locks in the moisture that blow drying must release. Waiting for the hair to dry a bit more before blow-drying, or lightly blow-drying before hardcore blow-drying is less stressful and damaging to hair. After blow-drying, then apply anti-frizz sealants to hair to prevent moisture from penetrating and re-frizzing the hair shaft.

So you're not going to give options for naturally wavy hair? I personally hate my hair straight, heat only makes it worse. I find enhancing my natural waves is much better than repressing them. I also feel much better with more layers, and my hair is APL and wavy/curly, and I find I need less styling time because of my layers.
