Unironic transhumanist here. I’m sure that there are ways to mix the two together but in an ideal transhumanist society technology would allow us to completely ascend humanity and the struggles that come with it which would effectively eliminate all problems anprims have with modern society so basically if a utopian transhumanist society was achieved the anprim ideology wouldn’t exist since it’s a reaction to modern times not necessarily only technology.

for a sci-fi setting I once wrote, I used this concept - a species that rapidly evolved technology and saw everything we see today tenfold, depression, mutational load, a sense of lack of meaning, dwindling birth rates, self-harm, random acts of violence, and no technological achievement brought them any relief, each new breakthrough only pulling them downward into that spiral - so they took the only route forward they saw, and built new artificial bodies and uploaded their minds, letting their cities and culture fall into nothing as they "returned to monkey", returned to nature in the form of a cybernetic apex predator.
