Would you consider reposting with a longer video? Right now, the video either ends after 6s and you have to restart, or with looping on the video restarts but you get ‘next video’ suggestions which block the screen.

I don't have any psychedelics that I'm comfortable using on me at the moment, so I decided to try a different approach for entering altered states, Wim Hoff breathing. After two fairly short but intense cycles of fast breaths I thought I could see a letter "O", but after a 3rd, more intense cycle, the whole screen simply went grey and fuzzy and became harder to see. More experiments might produce different results but for this N of 1 it seems that the states produced by Wim Hoff breathing/altered blood oxygenation don't reliably facilitate decoding of the message.
