Useless video, but I managed to finally found the solution if you want to remove this utterly annoying charging animation then:
Settings>Accessibility >Visibility Enhancements, under Colors and Clarity you will find the Remove Animations options turning it on will remove the charging animation as well as the entire animations like switching apps or going to home screen.

Is it possible to display the charging animation constantly? When the phone is plugged in the animation only lasts a couple of seconds...

I already disabled it but the charging information still pops up briefly while I'm charging. it only shows the battery percentage and the green circle animation. How do I completely stop this?
