How to fix the won’t start / green flashing light error code on your Karcher WV2 window vacuum.
You will need to know how to pull the vac apart into it’s main components and something flexible but stiff to un-seize the internal vacuum. (Small gauge metal wire, pipe cleaner, skewer or cable tie).
