'Going To Blow Up In His Face': Judge Orders Release Of Breonna Taylor Grand Jury Docs & Recordings

A Kentucky circuit court judge has ordered the release of audio recordings from the grand jury hearing in the Breonna Taylor case even though state Attorney General Daniel Cameron says that the move could jeopardize a federal investigation and an admission that no homicide charges were recommended to the panel.

The decision came after an anonymous member of the grand jury who heard evidence in the high-profile case filed a motion asking that the transcripts and recordings of the three-day hearing be released.

The grand juror also requested that the judge allow members of the panel to speak publicly about the evidence they heard and the decision they reached.

They constantly chant "The Rule of Law" or "Justice Must Be Served", yet they gladly circumvent both to serve their purposes.
Ironically you have law enforcement most times will to violate individual's civil rights and "Due Process", which is the law of the land. Yet whenever police or departments get scrutinized, they always want to invoke their rights. I'm a former Marine and retired 3ed generation cop. Some of the things cops do to minorities and poor are clearly not done in the spirit of law and justice. Some cops can be extremely sadistic and indifferent when it doesn't affect them or theirs. No Knock Warrants should only be used when life is immediately or imminently in danger. Not for non violent criminal activity. In this case the cops obviously didn't have good information, nor did they do their homework. Obviously the man they were after wasn't even around. Qualified Immunity should be abolished. Police should have insurance held by the police unions, and lawsuits be paid by the police unions, not the taxpayers. The set back and watch how long unions keep supporting bad cops or departments.
