True. People don’t get saved by enduring but in order to demonstrate their continued faith in Jesus they are commanded to do so. Heb 6 clearly teaches that some who once believed fell away.

The whole "hath" and "is passed" teaching just blew me away. Ill be honest, i kind of fell off on reading the bible the last week or two, but this just got me back in the saddle again! AND THEN you went harder and gave us the "under the kingdom program, people dont get saved because they endure, they endure because they actually have faith."... insane!!!

The church I belonged to does not believe in eternal security and uses 1 John 1:14 as a test of whether we are saved or not. This causes the members of the church to try to love each other in a forced way. Terrible, I never agreed with that.

Jesus and Satan can be described as “morning stars, ” in no sense is this equating Jesus and Satan. Satan is a created being. His light only exists to the extent that God created it. Jesus is the light of the world (John 9:5). Only Jesus’ light is “bright” and self-existent. Satan may be a morning star, but he is only a poor imitation of the one true bright morning star, Jesus Christ, the light of the world.
