as a star lord main, yes the ult can be countered by healer ults and other things but you don't really need it if you have amazing aim and if u know the side jump then fire mechanic.

Worst logic I’ve ever heard lmao. Hela is 7th because she can be easily countered by healer Ults? Yet right after that you have Storm at 6th that can also be countered by healer Ults. Only different is storm Ult does less damage, has to be closer to the enemy, and she can be easily killed while in the ultimate… even starlord is similar damage to Hela while still being killable but he’s at 1st? Psylock is countered by healer Ults, is single target unlike Hela and Storm, is significantly easier to escape with just a single dash or movement ability, and puts Psylock in a difficult position when she leaves Ult but she’s got an OP ult? Nah this is just really clueless ranking
