Yes! Thank you! I've been sitting here for 10 minutes reading the instructions like an idiot. I learned exactly what I needed to know from the first 10 seconds of this video. Thank you again!

You literally saved my life and time with this one because I for THE LIFE OF ME COULD NOT FATHOM whyyyy my TI SCI calculator AND graphing calculator kept giving me the stupid syntax error with negative exponents. Apparently I am a dunce 😂 such a SIMPLE thing “use the ACTUAL negative symbol on the calculator genius” thanks a bunch ma’am 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Was it necessary to put the 3/2 in parentheses when you used the fraction symbol?  Doesn't the calculator know that you're trying to enter a fraction once it sees the little backwards L?  However, If you had used the divide key to indicate a fraction, then you would have needed the parentheses because of exponents take precedence over division.

Thanks! My chemistry class forced me to downgrade to this from my Casio fx-991es plus.

I couldn't do negative exponents cause I thought the normal subtraction button would suffice, thanks for the help!

How do enter in additional values after you enter in the exponent? For example, how do you enter in 2^2+1 so you get 5? (And please don't tell me to rearrange the formula to put the +1 first ... this is just a simple case example).
