Breast cancer is considered as the second most common cancer diagnosed worldwide, about one in eight women over the world will be affected during their lifetime []. There are about 2.27 million women globally diagnosed as a new case with breast cancer and over 684,000 women died from its diseases in the most recent last of 2020 from Globacan. In Vietnam, the percentage of breast cancer is most common in females that is 25,8%, 3-6 times compared with other cancers and about 9,345 women died over the total of 83,647 breast cancer-related women. The metastasis staged is usually detected form of breast cancer and results in a fatal diagnostic. Despite modernization of treatments therapy is straighforward, metastatic breast cancer (MBC) is often incurable, with up to 5 % of patients will be ability for distal metastases at time of diagnosis [].Currently, distal metastasis occurs in 10–15 % of patients within the first 3 years. Furthermore, approximately one third of women diagnosed with breast cancer at the early stage with no lymph node involvement at time of detection will develop distal metastases []. The rate and site of metastasis, is given above, prove that it is significant to develop methods for diagnosing and treating metastatic breast cancer earlier. The primary treatment for breast cancer is surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It is recommendation for breast cancer patients to treat with radiation therapy after surgery, the BC cells will be eliminated and BC recurrence will be prevented. Although they are considered as beneficial method to prevent metastasis recurrence, the patient’s quality of life is largely affected from its side effect namely as fatigue, osteoporosis, increased thromboembolic events, premature menopause, weight gain, and mild memory loss so forth. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are potential as novel biomarkers for many cancers consisting of metastasis breast cancer. In this paper, we will perform the process of metastasis in breast cancer, identify and collect potential miRNAs in plasma/serum by using a key material and methods and finally discuss some potential miRNAs.
