The Essex incorporates Steinway & Sons’ latest design specifications and engineering standards, as well as the Steinway commitment to excellence developed over 170 years of quality craftsmanship. Every Essex instrument is inspected by a team of highly experienced Steinway & Sons technicians before it leaves the factory.
When you purchase an Essex piano, you may trade in the instrument within ten years of the date of purchase to receive 100% of the original purchase price toward a new Steinway grand piano.
