I haven't agreed with David for the past month or so. I haven't once considered unsubscribing or
disliking a video. Who the hell does that? It's not like he's pushing propaganda for the alt-right or outright lying about things like many YouTubers on the Right often do.

That's still what you're doing here though. In what presidential election in the past 30 years would you have voted for the Republican over the Democrat? I don't think any. You're always going to vote for the Democrat if you're willing to play that game. Your reasoning may be different than the "vote blue no matter who" crowd, but there is no practical difference. If you want progressive policies, then the progressive vote has to matter. If the progressive vote is guaranteed for the Democratic Party, the progressive vote does not matter. I think this is common sense.

This is the reality now and we have to deal with it even if we would have been happier with Bernie as the leading candidate. Now it is Trump or Biden and not voting for Biden means a larger risk of for more years of total disaster. It must be avoided so please vote Biden just to get rid of the orange menace, I can't stand him anymore.

The problem is when you vote for Biden, you're not just voting for him, you are letting the DNC know that their tactics work and therefore justified.

I agree with most of this, but it makes no sense to say that by not voting you are effectively voting for Trump. The reality is that a vote for Trump is equivalent to a vote for Trump and a vote for Biden is equivalent to a vote for Biden and not voting is equivalent to not voting. They are mathematically different when tabulating election results. David's logic can be just as easily reversed by Trumpists to say that failing to vote for Trump is equivalent to voting for Biden. If logic can just as easily be revered to say the opposite, then it's probably not as ironclad as it appears.
