Why not generate a general form with all the possible required details about the accident
Such as model date time
And type of injury suffered
AI model may provide emphasis on facts which non essential to the claim and the llm might no always generate the summary in similar format.

your accent is hard to understand. It like a robot is speaking.
LLM can claim our insurance with the wrong/inaccurate information, which can cause more time and unnecessary efforts to reclaim.
Many of insurance claims with LLM already available in market.
