Yes, I can tell you that lol, I'm a loving 77 year old great grandmother! 😜

My mother taught us never to go on a restrictive weight loss of just certain foods - too hard! We just cut way back and in moderation ate much less. I eat anything, but keep calories to approx. 1, 000 a day give or take. I do eat much less of sugars and fats tho' but don't cut them out. I just finished losing 25 lbs. from April - Sept. Went from 160 to 134. I feel much better.
OK, not fussing you, just hate to see you face failure when it would be sooo hard this time of year.

I am diabetic and they gave me ozempic and I lost 100 pounds and got so weak I ended up in the hospital I still am I need to walk again.I thank God and his mercy.I going home on Friday the 15th. You are great! ❤

It's called aging 😂 I'm 10 lbs over weight and it's very hard to lose it the older I get!!! Temptation around every corner and I just tell myself I'm human I will start tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes😅 im fixing to crack down and eat clean bc I do feel miserable with that extra weight 😢 I love watching your hauls! And me too I hate the new time! I want to go to bed at 6. I'm sleeping at 8. But im up way before the chickens 😂😂 love ya girl.. keep on hauling😊

I feel you I'm on a, 1.200 diet and walk 1 to2 miles a day I'm on week 3 and i lost 5lbs .So far so good. But yes all the candy is killing me when i see them.

Eat what you want if you are healthy enough to do it. God did not make us all the same size. I just lost my daughter at 50 years old. She had the stomach surgery for weight loss the sleeve and then they put her on the ozympix shot and they think that’s what happened to her. She had no other health problems. We are still waiting on the autopsy report. If you are healthy you are fine. My Grandma use to say people were prettier with a little meat on them.
