Activating your Third Eye

If you've explored psychic work before, you've probably come across the 6th chakra known as the third eye. Also called the 'mind's eye' or 'inner eye', it is said to be located in the center of your head, parallel to the middle of your eyebrows. It's believed to be linked to perception, awareness, and spiritual communication, and divine wisdom and inspiration.

I've done a lot of research and work with my third eye over the years and find it fascinating. Looking back on the story I tell in this video, I very much believe now that the message I received was in the realm of spirit communication, and the third eye is connected with that type of work. :)

I mention three crystals/stones you can use to accompany your work. Others include amethyst for opening the third eye and awakening psychic abilities and labradorite which helps you move through transformations and life changes using wisdom, inner strength, and just a better understanding of the bigger picture of life. (Peacock ore is a natural stone of positive energy. It is great for aligning and opening your chakras and removing negative energy. Lapis lazuli is a stone of wisdom and sodalite aligns with the higher vibrations of third eye energy.)

I've included a very brief meditation example but feel free to sit longer in that space, call forward and connect with spirit guides, or add your own visualizations to your practice.
