Thanks Brian, I was stuck on the bars button for a while as when I clicked it, it wouldn't drop down. This is because I needed to place the script <script src="app.js"></script> underneath everything else within the <nav> tag, just above the closing </nav> tag. Not sure why, hope it helps others who get stuck xD

After trying with a few different methods I always got the same result. Error: Expected a pseudo-class or pseudo-element. on @apply I Cant use pseudo elements such as Hover. :(
