Please reopens driving lessons and driving test, in U.K all schools are opened why driving test/lessons closed, in schools 1 class room 20-25 kids no 2 matter distances, still school open thats no sense. Im very disappointed!!

As instructors we are allowed to leave for work. But pupils are not allowed to leave home for driving lessons as its not essential...

I don't think lessons will go ahead. Your not allowed to meet indoors. Test centres and waiting rooms will close. Fact. Also, working in a car is inside, a closed box. Its non essential work and we will be in the same boat as Wales.

I think they will cancel all driving lessons but allow driving tests to go through as planned (hopefully). Driving tests are a big part for the economy.

Driving lessons and tests are surely educational. If schools can stay open, where kids do not social distance, then covid secure car tests surely can?? Learners have spent extra time and money keeping up the knowledge. Not to mention the extra pressures of trying to pass due to to the wait if we fail. DVSA cannot let the test backlog get even more out of control. Instructors cannot be left without income this time. DVSA have been shocking throughout covid with their severe lack of communication. Had months to sort this out during the first mess. Shame on them and on Grant Shapps. Absolutely useless.
