I disagree. Shakur is an all out avoid contact boxer, and it's to the extreme. He has no power. He doesn't break people down bc he's puts avoidance first. Boxers don't fear him. They don't respect a boxer that will run all night and squeak out a decision. If you were a boxer, you'd rather not bother with Shakur. It's a futile matchup.
