As a Rwandan, I don't have any problem for Kagame seeking his fourth term as president. I think
this was also proved when most Rwandans voted for a change of referendum. Kagame
is a great leader who has changed our country in all aspects, he is a visionary leader!!!

Its probably mostly tutsis who are supporting 4th term for Kagame. Generally In Africa people just support a President of their tribe or ethnicity. This plays in the hands of leaders as it allows them to just abuse their office in one way or another
