im still searching for a tutorial on how to make custom ultrakill levels because we have already some custom levels and right now, theres no tutorial on how to make one, only how to play custom levels

hey, for some reason whenever i do the step of opening ultrakill after dropping bepenix into the ultrakill local files and close ultrakill, the plugin folder and other folders dont appear for me to drop plugin configurator in, do you know how to help me?
