Omg peach lemonade. Worth buying the freeze dryer just for that! 😍

As always, I have a question for you. Since you guys are amazing gardeners, have you ever had success freeze drying seeds (I.e. tomato, pepper, etc.) and re-growing them? Sorry if you have done a video on this already. I only found you a few weeks ago and haven't had the chance to look back. 💖

Try melting white chocolate in a double boiler. Once liquid, crumble freeze dried peaches (or strawberries) into the chocolate making sure to coat the fruit to prevent re-hydrating. Pour into molds and allow to cool and harden.

Comes out with a Nestle Crunch like texture. The white chocolate has a mild enough flavor to allow the fruit flavor to come through.

I'm pretty sure those are nectarines, but if they really are peaches you can buy freestone ones so the pits come out easily while you cut them! Just slice it in half, twist the halves opposite of each other, and the pit pops right out.

Funfact these are not peaches, but nectarines. They are a mutation of peaches but taste alot different!
