Tesla stock is now over $1500 a share... With Tesla stock going up so much I need Elon Musk to do something right now! I don't think we should wait much longer and this move should be done by Elon Musk as soon as this coming week.. Tesla stock price closed today over $1,544 a share!! They can do a 2% capital raise on Monday, and 2% more after the S&P inclusion. They will NEVER need to raise money after that. Moreover a capital raise may stomp a little on of these FOMO money out of the stock, good for the long term health.

I couldn’t agree more. I fully support a 6% dilution as a long term holder. Raise the money now when the price is at it’s all time high to build out the future and ensure EV dominance. The stock price dipping even 10-20% this coming week would be welcome before earnings. Earnings results can easily vault it back to $1500, maybe even 2K. Great video man!

I, too became a bullish Tesla investor a little over 2 years ago. You have made some great points in terms of why Elon should dilute and raise capital at this time (just like we did last Quarter), HOWEVER, Tesla may not need to dilute in order to raise at this time. As you said, it would be even more beneficial to do it at $1, 800 or $2, 000+. What I believe is a better way to raise capital is this... Millenials and younger people are the ones who are most excited about Tesla's growth. Those younger people are still building wealth and may not be able to afford to buy even 1 share of the company at this point. If Tesla stock splits, that price point becomes much more feasible for many more younger people. The moment it becomes affordable, I believe the number of investors in this stock will skyrocket. Mutually beneficial to the company, the investors, and the planetmwithout having to dilute the shares! Eventually, yes dilution will and should happen again. All about acceleration and exponential growth.
