Geesh, for how expensive this is you'd think they would have put more effort into it! I'm amazed you really didn't show any buyer's remorse, I certainly would have. 

Great video nonetheless man, looking forward to seeing how you upgrade this thing!

I know everyone else has told you this, but ... MAN! That seems like a lot of work. I'm glad it sounds like you're alright with it though. It'll be fun to see it shape as time goes on.

Thanks for sharing. That is an insane amount of work but as you said before building this yourself is the reason you buy this and not the master replica falcon. You don't sound daunted by it so you must be pretty good with model making. I can't believe they have got the colours wrong on some of the parts, and the production quality being a bit shoddy in places isn't very impressive, but it looks like it's going to be a really fun adventure. Can't wait for your future updates.

I like the idea behind this, but it should have had just a bit more work done on it before releasing it. I can see it looking like this if you could use 3.5 in. Figs in it. There are so many falcon models out there.
