This Fowler guy doesn't seem to have ever worked in the private sector! Successful private companies have frequent layoffs to clean out the dead wood! In contrast, the U.S. government has not only not let anyone go, but has continually hired more incompetent people to compensate for the lack of efficient and effective workers!!! Go DOGE!!!
