1.2g protein x lean body mass in lbs = higher recommendation
1.8g x lean body mass in kg = lower recommendation
2.6 x lean body mass in kg = higher recommendation
Goal weight method:
0.7g x goal weight in lbs = lower recommendation
1g x goal weight in lbs = higher recommendation
1.6g x goal weight in lbs = lower recommendation
2.2g x goal weight in kg = higher recommendation
