That’s why in this video our goal is to check how to send mail from localhost in WordPress using an SMTP plugin.

In this tutorial, we used the Easy WP SMTP plugin to send emails from our WordPress localhost site. There are several SMTP plugins for WordPress, you can use any of those plugins. Just make sure that it is compatible with your version of WordPress. After watching this video you will know how to send email from WordPress localhost using the Easy WP SMTP plugin and Gmail.

We used the free version of the plugin to test the email functionality of our localhost website. Generally, you don’t even need to test if the email and form is working or not. When you make your WordPress site live, you’ll see whether the forms and emails are working. But still, it is best to check if everything is working properly beforehand. We tested to see if our contact form is working and if the purchase confirmation emails are being sent properly.

i got this message while testing the sending email
