It means you'll get your anomaly proc overall slower, but you'll end up with a bigger number as your actual anomaly units will be making a larger portion of the anomaly buildup. It also makes the JaneDoe/Seth + Qingyi or Rina teams significantly worse because you're going to proccing the disorder much less.

But thats ok because early TC is putting most stocks into JaneDoe/Lucy/Seth at the moment as one of the best JaneDoe teams, and these changes do not affect that comp at all.

He is a defense agent, but his attributes is ATK focused, only thing defensive about him is that he provide a shield after his EX special. Unlike Ben whose ATK greatly benefit from his DEF point, Seth from what I see is a great anomaly agent, I even prefer using him to build up anomalies over Grace

But the nerf is just to his chain attack's buildup rate, right ?! the chain attack isn't even something you'd use most of the time, most his buildup comes from his assist, ex-special and normal attack so it shouldn't be that much of a difference

I only use Seth for his shield since it provides a hefty boost to Jane.

They probably nerfed him because if he had too much Anatoly build up rate, it would be counterproductive to his kit, as he is supposed to help Anamoly builders, not become one. Also he is a defense unit (duh).

You know what they have to fix? When you kill an enemy DONT INTERRUPT YOUR MOVING, IS LIKE HITTING THE AIR! i hate that to much, cuz when you are in a fight like this video you are judt focus on the target, it happen so many times, specially with ellen, that i lose my icestacks, god i hate it.
