Honda HR-V | High PRICE, I'm DISAPPOINTED....

Показать описание
Honda did a complete makeover of its subcompact SUV: The HR-V! With so many desirable and stylish small SUVs to chose from on the market, it was a long time overdue. The last generation was practical and offered good value, but it was far behind the best of the segment, like the Hyundai Kona, the Kia Seltos, the Mazda CX-30, and the Subaru Crosstrek!
The new HR-V looks totally different from the previous generation model, and we might have gone too far. The new HR-V shares its platform with the Civic and uses a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter inline-four from Honda's sedan. Gone is the second-row Magic Seat, which made the HR-V one of the most affordable, cargo-friendly small SUVs.The new generation is wider and longer, and bigger. Independent rear suspension replaces the old model's torsion beam setup, a change for a better ride and handling. The new model also receives updated infotainment features and more modern driver-assistance technology.
A larger 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine powers every new HR-V, producing 158 horsepower (SAE net @ 6,500 rpm) and 138 lb.-ft. of torque (SAE net @ 4,200 rpm). Compared to the 1.8-liter 4-cylinder in the first-generation HR-V, the new engine is more powerful (+17 hp and +11 lb.-ft. of torque), delivering improved drivability, refinement, and lower emissions.
Where it hurt the most is the high price, which is why I'm disappointed!
