Let the cleaning begin!

The header is done!

We had good wind and great temps making this job easy peasy.

Taylor, Colten and Layne surprised us late this afternoon! They’re in town for a wedding. Taylor and Sienna became friends while going to school here in Jordan.

We went to Hell Creek for supper. Oh my goodness! Going to that bar is like being in someone’s home and lots of friends show up to be a part of your evening meal. It’s the best! Like no other place in the world.

They headed back to Miles City to be a part of the festivities beginning tomorrow.

We’ll see them again on Saturday.

The rain will come in time, it always does. Great to get the harvest finished in good weather. Nice finish with some family around. Safe travels Tracy and Jim ☘

Thanks for the Ride & Narration.
Back here in Ohio with more Covid 19 and concerns for us seniors, we hardly talks to neighbors.
So especially for my husband who is a country boy and lifetime ag employee, yours vids are a pleasant distraction from junk TV.
Glad you have some family visiting and your enjoying your favorite "watering hole".

Is it ok to say I’m kind of sad to see this week come around. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your season, and really appreciate you taking us along for the ride. I look forward to corn and beans, and will find something else to keep myself occupied until then. Again, thanks for the ride!

Jim and Tracy. I first found your site around day 18-19 and got HOOKED. You are some SPECIAL PEOPLE to be out in the ag market, to have the investment that you do in equipment and then deal with what Mother Nature so freely deals to all who are trying to raise a harvestable crop in our wonderful country. Jim being so calm, reserved when his face is on the screen and Tracy when I first saw you guiding Pete or Freddy around very handly I might say and then you were in the big combine. I was impressed. What nationality is the family name?
I too am going to miss your pics but so glad I found your harvesting news and have enjoyed them all. Safe travels to get you home and rearrange your life again . To another day.

Tell us the story of Jim and Tracy, how you met, how Jim got started harvesting, I assume your family were the harvester’s? Some stories about the journey over the years, would be interesting. Glad this harvest season is over, I know you probably didn’t do as many acres as you wanted, but hope you did enough to make some money. Best on the off season.

Love you alls method of cleaning and preparing everything for travel to the next location. In this case HOME!
Was wondering if you buy used combines and if so how many separator hours did it have when you bought it.
How often do you trade to newer model?

Enjoyed your harvest I'm in England where we can only dream of a harvest as long as yours. How many acres have you cut

I really enjoyed all your videos about your life harvesting. But now you need a break just to go home and relax for awhile or at least try . Now you won't have to read my long comments . Are you going to try to have any more videos of fall harvest , but that's a hectic time to make videos . I even had a difficult time watching my 25 foot header cutting beans May you have a safe trip home I'd like to try the Pete Jim drive's . Before I had to retire I had a CDL so I could pull doubles , one trip to Wichita Ks from Kc Mo we had a 48 foot reefer and a 45 ft. Container . We went to Lyons & picked up salt then took the reefer unloaded it at 5 am got it full of salt & by 9 am were fueling the truck when 2 Walmart drivers showed up and 0asked if we finally got a load right after he finished the question I told him what we did all night , but they have to drive by the law and had to take some hrs not driving , but I was exhausted so I basically told him off , and the 2nd driver was laughing ( the workers at the salt warehouse knew us so we were loaded 1st ) my last chapter & rambling for awhile I'm sure glad I found your videos now I should go back and catch up God is always watching over you 🚛 🙏🙏 🌹⚘🌹 🚛🚚🚚
That's the closest I'm able to make a "train " 🌹🌹
