Sir I am 1st year MBBS student. My father name in 10 and 12th certificate is Premji but their actual name is prem. Hence I made gazette for name change. And i update my adhar and pan but now I have to apply for name change in education. But college say you can't change your name. Name printed on 12th certificate will forward on Mbbs degree. We can't change. What i do. i want help. My university is Maharashtra University of health science.
