This is a total scam! Got a super-speeder ticket in VA which I paid ($350), but then North Carolina (the issuer of my driver's license) piles on a "me too" ticket threatening a one year suspension.

I found out this entire issue has nothing to do with speed control, or justice, but lawyer welfare.

Pay a Virginia lawyer $1, 000 and both tickets go away. Call your state legislator (who is probably a lawyer) and tell them this scam has got to stop.

we should all refuse to pay tickets . no one is injured and no property damaged so we should not pay any government

send it back to them and put no contract on the letter. also don’t have a license in states that report to each other
