I love the use of 2x6s. Always have the option of adding a cup holder.

Pretty hard to stop myself from watching all the content of the channel in one go, I don't have enough wood! 🤣

Nice work - just scribed! I've used GRK screws for all my projects (decks, framing, and couple of tables). For the table I used the GRK R4's. Wife has requested a matching bench and a couple of chairs. I was considering the GRK Trim Heads but I was concerned about their holding power. How is the chair holding up after 9 months? Are all the joints still tight?

Are you just using the 2x6 directly from hardware store? You're not doing any jointing or planing to get them so square? Also, did you not seal the wood at all?

Is there any reason you didn’t use pocket screws on the 2X4 you cut to be a 2X2. Like would it be weaker? Or would the screws protrude?

We noticed that the HPH was not wearing an HPH shirt. Is it really that cold in Indiana in the fall?

That back support board, the one where you said "This is the hardest part" Is that a 2x4 or a 2x6?

How long are the 2x4’s on the back rest

Is it a bit too low??? I bought the plans & I’m just staring at this before I glue & screw…. It seems REALLY low to the ground.
