In the Q3, you guys have to
1) find the distances of all the three sides, like |PQ|, |QR|, |RP|
2) two of the values will be the same, but one will be bigger, choose that as hypotenuse
3) now, find the midpoint of the hypotenuse
4) find the distance of midpoint from all three vertices (P, Q, R) like |MQ|, |MR| etc :) hope it cleared some stuff.

For q3 first find |PQ| then |QR| then |PR| PR will be bigger =26 then find mid pt of PR =(_3/2 '5/2) Then as mentioned in the question |MP|=|MR|(MP and Mr are the mid points of p and r)
=✓13 then find |MQ|=13
THE CONCLUSION IS THE MID PT. IS EQUIDISTANT TO THE THREE VERTICES

In Q5, the order of vertices has to be changed please. You followed the order ABDC whereas ABCD is giving us right answer. So we have to consider the diagonals AC & BD.
