I would prefer iPhone 15. Will save 15000 (if iPhone 15 price drop can be seen in bbd sale) and go for new airpods 4. As you said rightly, iPhone 15 is also a great device (type c port, latest display and good cameras and powerful performance), saving of 15000 will be a good option for me.
Anyways, that was my opinion and others can differ.
