I currently drive this car (looks exactly the same). 188, 000 miles and she kills it for me. Thought I lost the Transmission, inspect and it was a bushing in the 5 speed. No ticks, barely burns oil, 2, 000 watt stereo. Brakes, new head lamps on the left, oil changes, a radiator change. Love this car.

My 95 sl1 sounds like yours way it drives especially that wooing transmission noise

I have a 97 sw1 5-speed manual. They're not the best car in the world. If you take care of them you can get k out of one. Very simple car which makes them reliable. Definitely going to try to keep mine as long as possible.
