This is so fun!!! I've only ever seen tbr titles jars, but I like the idea of open prompts wayyy better. Definitely feels more like a fun choice than 'oh i have to read this specific book'.
I've heard lots of good things about A River Enchanted, hope it's good!!!

Wreck the halls is actually pretty fun! But still on the romance side for sure lol. And the holiday theme is extremely light from what I remember.

Yay, TBR jar! I should do something like this to get through my massive TBR 😂 My friends are also trying to get me to read ACOTAR so I’m hoping to tackle it in September!

from lukov with love are like one of my fav og books before since i dont even like enemies to lovers but its actually not annoying so yay! Though its on a very very slow paced type of read so i guess its best when you just want to read cozy ones

Just finished Six crimson cranes the other day and loved it, so glad you recommended it.
The second one is okay so far, but really looking forward to the prequel.

I read an eARC of The Phoenix Keeper a couple of months ago and quite enjoyed it. I used to be an animal keeper (penguins) and was able to relate to a lot of the themes. It's definitely a cosy read.

I do like TBR jar videos. I have seen booktubers use a board and dice to help them pick their books. I never totally understood how this approach worked though.

Two books I started on September 1 and need to finish by the end of the month because they are books being read by Fable book clubs are ACOTAR and God of the Woods by Liz Moore. Two other books I need to read this month because I borrowed them on Hoople are The Murder at the Vicarage by Agatha Christie and Cymbeline by William Shakespear

My September tbr is the raven cycle series, I’ve seen it on caricanreads channel. Currently on the third book and I really really recommend these books, definitely one of the best books I have read so far this year
and the shadow and bone series is also on my September tbr
