Everytime I have a bad thought usually through frustration and living in Ireland at the min Irish eyes are not smiling. But everytime I catch the bad thought and straight away I say sorry god for offending you and jesus teachings, I bless myself and say our lord's prayer, hail Mary and glory be to father prayer and ask God to heal us all and destroy evil. I also lay my Bible on my lap and ask God to guide me to his message to me through scriptures and it always relates to what Im going through or need to do. My life is hell, so much evil around me but I know God will always calm me when it gets overwhelming. He always sends help sometimes subtly but sometimes soooo obvious it makes me smile.
