Bose must have made this product disposable. Very unfriendly and refusing to repair. This policy will make me reluctant to buy from them in the future. Oh my. First you need a 5-point torx wrench, then a hex torx wrench. Are you kidding me? The 4 x 2 soldering points that hold the battery pack in place are very strong and can easily damage the board. The nickel wiring from the 2 x 1 18650 packs is very difficult to disassemble cleanly. I replaced the battery, but I just threw this product in the garbage disposal because it no longer works. I don't want to see it anymore. This level of difficulty in replacing the battery means that you should definitely use a service center or use it once and throw it away. Is that why many of the comments are telling you to reconsider replacing the battery? I understand why your video stopped before disassembling the battery. I don't want to buy any more Bose products... Thanks for your effort. P.S. Don't try it. Or you should definitely watch the video of disassembling the battery pack before you try. But... there was no video of disassembling the battery pack. Do you understand why now?

They should have widened the lower frequencies on this speaker for the cost that it was originally.
I was disappointed with its bass. Midrange and treble are to be expected with Bose.
The competition is tough from brands, and paying more should count for something, not just the brand name.
Denon, Jbl, Sonos, Polk are just few more brands out there asking for less and give as much...
And I am a Bose fan since the first generation QC headphones for airplanes with the rechargeable battery.
Curious why one would take a Revolve + apart...
