I think that price is fantastic! My minivan alone cost about $10K (2017 Grand Caravan, then very little build), and you have SO MUCH MORE (how I envy the ability to stand!)! You and Dad did a wonderful job! Having your YouTube channel, I assume you can deduct a lot of that. But it's very good for all of us to know what to expect, piecexpiece, for something like your van. Great video! Great build! It’s great cuz you got your custom house on wheels for less than renting an apartment here in LA for a year! So, it’s all good.. and you could resell it need be and recoupe some losses. Great build and safe travels! Awesome video!

When you think that some of these conversion vans prefabbed run over $150k - that is really excellent. If I remember there was less than 100k miles. Used vehicles pricing has probably doubled since you bought the van in June of 2020. You, your Dad and your Mom should be quite proud of yourselves.
